How cancellations, withdrawals and refunds work for the services sold on this website, including the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union.

This policy applies to every service bought through this website or ordered on the basis of a written proposal from [Company name]. Section 2 applies to consumers only (private individuals acting outside their trade or profession). Sections 3 to 8 apply to all customers.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Company name], [address], email: [contact email], telephone: [telephone number]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
The right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and have begun performance only after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract. For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun performance with your express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Any customer, consumer or business, can cancel a fixed-price package for a full refund as long as we have not yet started work on it. Work starts when we confirm your project brief and begin scheduling or production. Contact us by email with your order number to cancel.
Once work has started, we refund the part of the price that corresponds to work not yet performed, less any non-recoverable third-party costs we have already incurred on your behalf (for example licences or advertising spend). We will tell you the amount before processing the refund. Consultation sessions that have taken place and deliverables that have been handed over are not refundable.
If a deliverable does not match the scope described on the service page or in your proposal, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right within the revision rounds included in your package. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a proportional refund. Dissatisfaction with results that depend on factors outside our control (for example market response to an advertising campaign) does not entitle you to a refund.
Monthly packages run for the period purchased and are not refunded for the remaining days of a month once that month's work has started. They do not renew automatically unless you have agreed to a retainer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a few additional days for the amount to appear.
